Strong Wind Impacts

Cold Conditions

  2. Wind chills will make it feel much colder, around 15 degrees in the Hudson Valley and 15 to 20 degrees in parts of coastal Connecticut.
  3. Evening activities may face single-digit wind chills, with Tuesday morning wind chills in the city around 10 to 15 degrees.
